The Clifton in Bristol is a pub with vibrant atmosphere and vintage character in equal measure. The building may be trad, but our top-drawer drinks range is light-years ahead of the average alehouse offering. What's more, our satisfying pub food is available all day. So you'll have everything you need to settle in for an after-work session or a weekend well spent in your favourite local.

The Clifton is within easy reach of Ashton, Leigh Woods and St Augustines. It's also a great place to eat, drink and take the weight of your feet while visiting Bristol Zoo or Bristol Observatory.

By bus

The 8, 8A, 9 and 9A will take you into the heart of Clifton Village, get off opposite WH Smith and wander down the hill towards us.

By car

The pub is very easy to find in Clifton - head for Clifton Suspension Bridge. We're even closer to the Suspension Bridge Visitor Centre. No parking, sorry.

By train

The nearest rail stations are Clifton Down and Bristol Temple Meads. You can get a bus to us from either of these.
